These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HuntrIQ, a service operated by KloLabs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the HuntrIQ Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms.
HuntrIQ is an AI-powered job application workspace. It helps you save job postings, track applications, capture application form answers, analyse job fit, and identify skill gaps using your resume.
You may use HuntrIQ for your own personal job search. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
You may create one account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in HuntrIQ, including resumes, application answers, and notes.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service — for example, to run fit analysis on your resume and a job description, or to display your captured applications in the dashboard.
We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for any purpose beyond providing and improving the service.
HuntrIQ uses AI (powered by Anthropic) to generate fit scores, keyword matches, and skill gap suggestions. These outputs are informational and not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on fit scores as a definitive assessment of your suitability for a role.
We aim to provide reliable access to HuntrIQ but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will attempt to notify you in advance unless the violation is serious or ongoing.
HuntrIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KloLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HuntrIQ, including loss of opportunity, employment, or data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
